We looked and researched the best laptops you can find in 2019. there is a long debate between the 13″ vs 15″ – for portability, power, screen size, etc. this is why I personally find the 14″ laptop to be the real winner in this debate – it gives you enough screen size while still being very portable and light. having said that, some people will find the portability of the 13″ or the screen real estate of the 15″ a real advantage.

Our number 1 pick and the best overall bang for your buck in the 14″ laptops department is without question the Lenovo x1 carbon Thinkpad. from the wonderful keyboard, the responsive touchpad, the great screen, speedy SSD and processor and the overall premium feel – this is our clear winner for the category.
2.Huawei MateBook X Pro
It’s safe to say that the MateBook x Pro 2018 version had become a huge hit quickly and swiftly. many agree that this gorgeous laptop offer the best value for price currently on the market and many online magazines picked the Matebook x pro to be the best laptop choice in 2018.
the thing that stands out immediately is the gorgeous 13.9″ display with almost no bezels around it.
the overall design remind us of the classic MacBook Pro design (which is good news).
3.Lenovo Thinkpad T480s
While the Thinkpad t480s is a little bulkier then the x1 Carbon it is not much bigger and overall comes in a very light and small package and in a tempting price.
The look is classic Thinkpad look that many loves (and some hate).
one big difference (and a positive one) from the x1 Carbon is that the t480s is upgradable – both the ram and the SSD can be upgraded down the road.
4. Acer Swift 3 14 Inch Ultrabook
If you don’t want to splurge too much money on a new laptop but still looking for something decent to check emails, browser the web and other ordinary day to day tasks – then the Acer swift 3 can be your perfect machine.
the overall design is minimal and to my liking – the battery will last you a full day and screen (Even though it does have those thick out of date bezels) have vibrant colors and great contrast.
5. Razer Blade 14 Inch Gaming Laptop
If you are a gamer or simply enjoy some casual gaming here and there but not looking to carry a bulky gaming laptop with you – then the Razer Blade 14″ can be a fantastic choice. its true that those big bezels seems a bit dated in 2018 – the Razer blade carry a great punch under the hood with a strong processor and dedicated GPU.
I absolutely love the minimal Mac like design. do expect to pay premium price with one.
